Communication Consultancy Services

I offer three levels of communication consultancy - Strategic Advice, Private Coaching and Outsourced Team Creation.

These give you the benefit of my 25 years experience in media and communication, the hundreds of web marketing programmes I’ve studied, the experts I’ve talked to and my own experiences (and mistakes).

1. Strategic Advice

This is for you if you are unsure of the best way to tell potential customers about a product or service. Together we will

• Explore your proposition, what’s special about it and why someone would invest in it
• Look at how you currently communicate and engage with customers
• Consider ‘content engagement’ strategies, your use of video, blogs, newsletters, Social Media and PR etc
• Look at your resources and any hidden implications this has
• Put in place a project plan that is highly visible and measureable.

To get the project going you will usually ‘off-load’ as much information as possible for me to review and analyse. We will then have a series of strategic meetings in order to design the approach and create a project plan.

If you want to implement new strategies and adopt ‘new rules’ of communication you will find it a challenging and rewarding experience. You also get the benefit of my network of contacts – seasoned professionals with a track-record of making things happen.

2. Private Coaching

If you are looking to pick my brains and to implement the strategy yourself, a coaching session is ideal. Very probably you are enthusiastic about the potential of digital communication but want help with certain aspects of it.

Here’s how it works

• You email me with details about what you want to discuss, point me to the URLs you want me to look at and/or send documentation
• We agree payment (£200 + VAT) for the call(s) and we set up a time to speak
• We have a 1-hour telephone/ Skype call when we discuss your questions and I give you my ideas and observations. These are based on my experiences of working with digital media, training and publishing and the fantastic strategies available to you.

3. Outsourced Team Creation

There are a lot of companies and contractors out there. But how do you find the right one?

Based on an understanding of your needs and strategic goals, I can solve this problem. My knowledge of marketing and communication as well as the practical and technical skills involved, mean that I will source only the best and most appropriate people.

Whether you require a collection of experts to work exclusively for you or an agency to take care of the whole thing, I will know the sort of expertise your project requires.

As a consultant who works regularly in mainland Europe, I also provide this service for companies looking to expand their business into France, Belgium and other French speaking countries.
